Project and Change Management experience Lead an enterpise wide change journey Newcastle Upon Tyne £55,000 + benefitsThe Role Our client is about to embark on an enterprise wide change journey and requires additional resource to come on board and own the change plan for the company. You will have a strong background in Project Management and change management, with experience managing large-scale, complex change programmes. You will be responsible for supporting the change portfolio with implementing a coherent and consistent approach to managing change. Skills and Experience: Strong track record of implementing business change strategies Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools Experience developing resources and processes to build organisational capability Strong experience engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders in relation to the up and coming changes, helping to develop effective models to facilitate new ways of working You will have experience supporting organisations with business transformation using sound methodologies and tools Effective coaching and mentoring on change management practises to programme delivery managers Strong knowledge of programme management methodology and project planning tools Exceptional communication skills
