My client is a reputable national care provider looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic nurse qualified deputy manager / clinical lead for one of their nursing homes. You will be passionate about delivering the highest standards and care, and creating a safe and positive environment for your residents. You will have a current pin, and may be RGN or RMN. You will be able to lead and motivate other staff members, and ensure standards are being met in the absence of the home manager. You may currently be a deputy manager or clinical lead looking for a new challenge, but the company will also consider experienced nurses looking for the next stage in their career.
