Train Cleaner (Night Shift), Newcastle upon Tyne

£13.57 per hour, with overtime available. Initial 6‑month contract with the possibility of a permanent position.

Join a fast‑paced role helping to keep trains clean, safe, and ready for passengers travelling across the North of England.

• Preparing trains for daily service by maintaining high cleaning standards throughout the depot
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Sanitising high‑contact areas
• Carrying out deep cleans within train carriages
• Servicing onboard toilet systems

• Reliable individual with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Previous experience within transport cleaning, industrial cleaning, or housekeeping would be beneficial (full training and PPE will be provided)

4 on, 4 off from 20:00 to 06:00, including scheduled weekend working. Opportunities for overtime and long‑term career progression.
