What you'll do

• Lead and develop the structures discipline in London, building a team that reflects your leadership style.

• Drive business development, using your network and client-facing skills to bring in new projects.

• Oversee the design of major structures, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions across all materials.

What you'll need

• Chartered status, ideally MIStructE, but MICE will be considered.

• At least 10 years' UK design consultancy experience, giving you the depth of knowledge to lead effectively.

• Client-facing experience, so you can build relationships and grow the business.
