This is an opportunity to step out of industry and make a genuine impact teaching the next generation of electricians across Levels 13.What youll do Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons across Electrical Installation programmes Create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs Deliver both theory and practical sessions Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress Support learners through tutorials, pastoral guidance and progress reviewsMaintain accurate records of attendance, progress and achievement Keep curriculum content current and aligned with industry standards Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and health&safety What were looking for Essential (or willing to work towards): Level 3 Electrical Installation (or higher) Inspection&Testing (2391 or equivalent) AM2 or equivalent occupational competence Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA/A1) or willingness to complete Level 2 English&Maths (or willingness to achieve) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to deliver inclusive, engaging teaching Desirable: Teaching qualification (AET/DET/PGCE) IQA qualification (V1/IQA Award) Experience teaching in FE or training apprentices This role is ideal for an experienced electrician looking to move into teaching full training and development provided.TPBN1_UKTJ
