An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HDR Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Newcastle. With continued growth in their Housing Disrepair team, they are now looking to expand with the addition of a talented solicitor who can manage a caseload of HDR matters from inception through to resolution.The Role: You will handle a varied caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, acting on behalf of claimants. The role will involve managing files independently, progressing claims efficiently, and delivering excellent client care throughout. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of Housing Disrepair mattersConducting legal research and drafting relevant documentation Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for litigation where required Ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and procedures About You: Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent), or an experienced fee earner with strong litigation experienceExperience in Housing Disrepair is advantageous, but candidates with a solid litigation background will also be considered Proven ability to manage a caseload independently Strong negotiation and communication skills A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a team environmentWhy Apply?
