Transport Driver Liaison, Newmarket

The key elements of the Driver Liaison role include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the Client.
• Use our vehicle tracking systems and our in-house traffic management system.
• Responsible for data entry and communicating with drivers and customers to ensure good customer service.
• Establishing communication between the traffic office, drivers and yard operatives.
• General administration duties.
• Control the receipt of driver's documentation.

• Having good teamwork skills.
• Showing the ability to use your initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Well organised with strong administrative skills.
• Accurate and have a good eye for detail.
• Full training will be provided on the relevant IT systems.

The working pattern is based around a four nights on, four nights off shift pattern.
