Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire Hourly Rate:£22.50 per hour + paid breaks Job Type: Full-time / Permanent - 36 hours per week Registered Nurse Care Home Setting We are recruiting for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well-established care home in Olney, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a nursing home environment.As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans Work collaboratively with the wider care team and healthcare professionalsEnsure residents personal care needs are met with dignity and respect Promote independence and person-centred care at all times Monitor residents health and wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately Administer medication in line with policies and procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation and recordsSupport with day-to-day running of the home as required Contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive care environment Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC registration Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a care or clinical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice care delivery Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care Salary&Benefits£22.50 per hour Paid breaks Permanent, full-time position Supportive working environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression potential Collaborative team culture focused on high-quality care delivery About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity to join a careteam where residents are at the heart of everything we do.
