Technical Service Team Leader Cardiff £29,000 - £31,000 Hatchling Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Team Leader to work within a large Manufacturing company in Cardiff. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Technical Advisors providing both internal and external support to clients. Duties and Responsibilities to Include * Supervision and management of Technical Services Team * Internal and External product support * Develop project proposals in support of specifiers, contractors and sales team regarding the performance, suitability, and specification of products * Take ownership of the supporting technical documentation * Responsible for ensuring that technical enquiries are prioritised * Liaise with other departments where required to provide suitable responses * Liaise with Aftercare and Site Services where site visits are required to help resolve installation/application issues. * Develop and implement ideas for service/product improvement * Develop the technical team and seek continuous improvement in documentation and processes * New product development and product offer enhancement programmes and delivery * Planning and execution of testing programmes * New product development/ new product applications/technical services Skills and Experience Required * Degree, HNC or HND In Architectural Technology, Structural Engineering or Construction is desirable but not essential * Experience working with Revit, Inventor & Fusion 360 Preferred * Computer Literate including AutoCAD * Good understanding of mathematical / structural principles * Ability to read and understand drawings * Good communication / Leadership experience is essential This advertisement is on behalf of our sister company, Hatching Recruitment based in Newport.
