Tenancy Sustainment Worker, Staverton Bridge

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Work Base: Office based with regular travel Join our Intensive Housing Management Service and help people build the skills, confidence and stability they need to maintain a their tenancy. This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive, compassionate and adaptable individual who wants to make a real difference in people's lives every day.Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide practical, person-centred support to people living in dispersed accommodation. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, solutions-focused and able to respond confidently to changing situations. In this role, you will deliver a holistic and tailored package of support for people who need help to manage and maintain their tenancy. Through encouragement, guidance and practical assistance, you will empower individuals to move towards greater independence and improved wellbeing.The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
