The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us. You will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional, friendly, and caring service to every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional manner
• Managing appointments and booking schedules
• Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcomingSupporting the team to provide the best possible experience for clients
• Assisting with social media and marketing to help grow our customer base
• Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A warm, compassionate, and approachable personality
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic environment
• Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems
• Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Reliability and flexibility, especially for evening and weekend shifts
