Good Morning Antrim - Telephone Befriender Volunteer

‘GOOD MORNING ANTRIM’ is a telephone befriending and alert service, aimed at anyone in the community who may be feeling isolated or vulnerable, for whatever reason. We are currently seeking Volunteers to support the service.

Do you have a few hours to spare, one morning per week 9am–12:30pm? Why not use that time to make a real difference to someone’s day. All it takes is a friendly voice, a listening ear, and a big heart.

Full training is provided and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

• Provide regular social calls to chat and check in on a person's health and wellbeing
• To help combat loneliness and isolation by providing a reliable source of friendly conversation and companionship
