We are looking forCasual support workers to join our Short Breaks (Respite) Service in Newtownabbey, earning 13.00 per hour. Working on an as-and-when basis, you'll cover a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, providing vital support to people with complex disabilities.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Positive, with a can-do attitude
• Caring and empathetic
• Passionate about enhancing other people's lives
• Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role

This role might include supporting people with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks
• Everyday activities and social engagement
• Getting out into the community
• Building confidence and independence
