Metal Spray Operative, Newtownabbey

Alison Gray Recruitment are recruiting for a Metal Spray Operative to join our clients team in Mallusk. Hours: MondayThursday 7am - 3:30pm&Friday 7am - 2:30pm Pay: Starting at£13.75 per hour Location: Mallusk Duties: Fettle metal when required prior to hanging. Hang various metal parts to jig and ensure even spread. Check products for venting and make sure holes are cleared. Setting line speeds for specific products Maintenance of production line and equipment includingnozzles, inserts, all plastic components in feed centre and booth. Clean pumps and pinch valves Operate the praying booth to ensure metals are sprayed to industry standards, prior to baking. Requirements: Forklift licence or Overhead Crane licence would be highly desirable although this not essential Previous experience in a similar role Ability to work under pressure and to product deadlines 2 Years experience in spraying metals To apply, please forward your CV for consideration.
