If so, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join us and manage ourcontract with ASHI (Anglian Safestyle Home Improvements), to be based at our Norwich site.Pay, benefits and more: The salary on offer will be up to£45,000, plus car allowance and Bonus. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other benefits.What youll do on a typical day: Day-to-day you will manage the overall operation, ensuring that compliance and targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements You will need to continually control cost to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessaryActively motivate, manage and maintain relationships with depot drivers, managers and customers Proactively promote a health&safety culture, leading by example to help drive initiatives that will maintain and improve our culture of safety across the site What you need to succeed at XPO: Strong on compliance and must be an international CPC holder. Previous experience of working within atransport operation managing a large driver workforcePrevious experience of working closely with customers and maintaining a strong working relationship Strong communication skills Strong management experience managing teams Be part of something big.
