We have an exciting opportunity for a Toolmaker to join a Northamptonshire Plastic Extrusion manufacturer.   This successful, medium sized business has very much of personal, family feel to it and you will join a small team of specialist tooling technicians   The Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the repair & modification of Extrusion tooling / dies.       Daily Duties:       - Maintenance and upkeep of extrusion dies and Calibrator sets.   - Using various methods of repair including the use of; Lathes, Milling machines, Surface grinders and Bench tools.   - Organising and liaising with external tooling companies and precision engineers for specialist repairs.   - Support and Input to new designs and tooling specifications        The Candidate Experienced Toolmaker with relevant qualification Plastic tooling experience Friendly character with a good work ethic   Salary commensurate with skills and experience
