Mortgage Sales Manager Working Hours: (Permanent, Full Time Role) Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM but subject to hours required to fulfil the role £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor looking for the next step up in your career? This is a position where you will be running, coaching and managing a growing team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors. Once settled into the business as a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of a mixed experience team with the expectancy of being able to get the best from the team and with the capability of delivering the results for the business. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the development of both the Mortgage team & individual advisors ensuring you are getting maximum performance. * Driving Sales Performance. * Carry out 1-1?s with advisors to review performance regularly. * Ensure team maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation adhering to FCA guidelines. * Maintain strong levels of market knowledge & skills at all times to remain competent. * Continuing the overall growth of the team to coincide with business needs. Key Requirements: * CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent) * 2 years+ Mortgage Advising experience (needs to be within Whole of Market) * Ideally previous Senior Advising / management experience * Able to monitor, evaluate and develop people * Confident with effectively implementing processes and make changes efficiently * Compliant background * Full UK licence To be considered for this position you will have a strong background in Whole of Market Mortgage advice.
