Monday to Friday ( pay rate £9.10 ) 06:00-18:00 ? 4on4off ( pay rate £8.85) 18:00-06:00 ? 4on4off ( pay rate £9.51) Brackmills Cygnia warehouse call Peter today (phone number removed) We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who can think on their feet in a fast paced environment and use their initiative to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on time. You will be working as part of a team, picking, packing / re-packing, inspecting and recording customer's products to customer's specification. Job Description: * Picking, inspecting and/or packing/re-packing and recording to customer's instruction using either electronic scanners or manual pick sheets * Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards at all times * Complying with Company's Health and Safety Policy * Proper use of company equipment in accordance with company procedures * Accuracy: performing and recording tasks accurately * Productivity: completing tasks to the level as set by Team Leaders, Supervisors or Managers * Timekeeping: ensuring punctuality and meeting deadlines * Communicating with management of all departments within the warehouse Required skills: * Basic English language skills: must be able to communicate with Line Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders * Good level of maths advantageous * Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative * Flexible approach to work * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * No experience necessary full training will be provided.
