This role involves producing exceptional artisan breads and bakery products in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation.

• Bake high-quality artisan breads and associated bakery products
• Ensure all products consistently meet quality standards
• Meet production deadlines efficiently
• Maintain outstanding hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
• Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development
• Carry out additional duties as required

• Experience working in an artisan or commercial bakery
• Strong baking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable working with a wide range of people, including vulnerable adults
