Senior Building Surveyor / Party Wall Specialist Location: Northamptonshire / Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Flexible Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits The Opportunity An expanding construction consultancy is growing its residential surveying and neighbourly matters service across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor with strong Party Wall experience to play a leading role in developing and shaping this specialist offering. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor seeking more than routine reporting someone who enjoys technical problem solving, client responsibility, autonomy and commercial involvement.You will lead from the front, supported by junior staff and an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy team, with genuine scope to help grow the surveying division into a recognised regional specialist service.
