Benefits: Life insurance benefit Opportunity to increase annual leave entitlement up to an extra 5 daysExtensive training&development opportunities Company pension scheme Remit: This position will suit a Senior / Lead Maintenance Engineer with good people skills looking to progress into a leadership role Candidates MUST HAVE prior maintenance experience within injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipmentA fantastic opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of the Maintenance Department of a progressive manufacturing company who continue to invest in new equipment and technologies Role: In the role of Maintenance Manager you will oversee all maintenance activities for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipment onsiteThis Maintenance Manager position is a hands on leadership role responsible for minimizing downtime and developing a preventative maintenance culture across plant As Maintenance Manager you will lead the Maintenance Team towards TPM, ensuring continuous and safe running to reduce incidents and breakdownsCommunicating directly with IM machinery and ancillary equipment suppliers where required to ensure swift response Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Lead breakdown response and technical troubleshooting of equipment issues Lead all maintenance operations for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipmentPlay an active role in the commissioning and installation of new equipment Develop and mentor the Maintenance Engineers within the team Plan and control maintenance budgets, spares and critical inventory Experience Requirements: Previous experience within injection moulding maintenance is essentialGood leadership and communication skills at all levels A good working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic/electrical automation controls.
