Customer Service Representative

Location: Northampton, NN3

Salary: 13.50 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Working hours: Full time (Apply online only)

NOTE: This is a temp 3-month contract

The Role:

To exceed Customer's expectations.

Through providing exceptional customer services when receiving and processing of customer orders, dealing with any queries, orders and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with production to ensure order fulfilment
  • Liaising with Customers
  • Answers customer support messages via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
  • Patiently listens attentively to customer and connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints on the relevant software system
  • Ensure that the customer account information is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • The data collected will be used to provide reports to measure customer satisfaction
  • Data confidentiality is critical to our business, the role holder should maintain strict standards to protect confidential information
  • Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
  • Knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers
  • Communicate with team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools
  • Other duties within the candidate's capabilities and the needs of the department

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills being confident, clear and professional
  • Previous experience in a similar role with excellent customer services skills.
  • IT Literate with skills in Word and Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accurate working
  • Be able to manage and organise time with multiple changing priorities
  • A second language would be advantageous but not essential
