About the Role:

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to become part of our customer outreach team based in Slough. This position involves representing recognised brands, engaging with customers face-to-face, and helping deliver memorable customer experiences that encourage lasting connections.

No prior sales experience is necessary — comprehensive training and continuous mentorship are provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to promote products and services in personRepresent established brands through residential campaigns and event-based promotionsCommunicate product benefits clearly, confidently, and professionallyAssist with marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awarenessGather customer feedback and insights to support campaign improvementsCollaborate with team leaders to develop effective outreach strategiesKeep up to date with brand knowledge, industry developments, and promotional updates

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar people-facing roles is beneficial but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, approachable, and comfortable speaking with a variety of peopleSelf-motivated, positive, and willing to develop new abilitiesFlexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekendsMultilingual skills are advantageous for engaging wider communities
