Who We're Looking For
We're looking for Social Workers who are:
- Qualified and registered withSocial Work England
- Experienced in working with children and families
(experience in disability is welcomed but not essential - we will support your development) - Confident in having honest, compassionate, and respectful conversations
- Able to manage a complex caseload and work collaboratively across services
- Reflective, resilient, and emotionally intelligent

- Grade 8 (SCP 23-28):£34,434 -£39,152
- Grade 9 (SCP 27-31):£38,220 -£41,771
- Grade 10 (SCP 31-35):£41,771 -£48,072
