Senior Site Engineer Residential Groundworks Location: Northwich Salary:£75,000 £90,000 + Package A leading civils and groundworks contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Engineer to support delivery across multiple residential groundworks schemes in and around Northwich. This is a key role within a well-established business known for deliveringhigh-quality infrastructure and groundwork packages for major housebuilders.The Role You will take a senior position on site, responsible for overseeing engineering activities, managing junior engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, and foundations Overseeing and mentoring Site Engineers and Junior EngineersManaging QA processes, including inspections and documentation Coordinating with Site Managers and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered in line with design drawings and specifications Supporting programme delivery and resolving technical issues on site Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Engineer within residential groundworksStrong setting out skills (GPS/Total Station) Excellent knowledge of roads, drainage, and housing infrastructure Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams CSCS card (essential) Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred) Package Salary:£75,000 £90,000 Company car or car allowanceBonus scheme Pension Private healthcare Clear progression opportunities within a growing business This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North West and Midlands.
