PI Solicitor: Personal Injury & Credit Hire Litigator, Northwich

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced solicitor to join a thriving legal team focused on personal injury and credit hire litigation. The role involves managing a high‑quality caseload of personal injury OIC and litigated cases, as well as fast‑track and multi‑track credit hire cases.

• Handle personal injury cases within the OIC, including negotiating offers, preparing Part 18s and Part 36 offers, and managing disclosure.
• Take personal injury cases to trial and conduct advocacy and telephone hearings.
• Run a high‑quality caseload of litigated fast‑track and multi‑track credit hire cases.
• Collaborate with third‑party representatives and the team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Qualified solicitor with civil litigation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury and, preferably, credit hire or motor claims litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the OIC and court processes.
• Excellent negotiation and client‑care skills.

• Negotiable salary plus bonus.
• 24 days annual leave (increasing to 26 days).
