Finance Analyst, Norwich

NXTGEN are searching for a Finance Analyst to join an expanding and forward thinking company based in Norwich. The role will play a key role in delivering clear financial insights to budget holders and business leaders that will directly impact strategy and decision making. The Finance Analyst will help to prepare the monthly Management Accounts as well as working closely with senior stakeholders to review budgets & forecasts. Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Prepare the monthly Management Accounts efficiently - Timely delivery of Management information to stakeholders, providing insight on performance vs plan - Help to identify opportunities for cost saving where possible in a timely manner - Provide ad hoc project support when required The successful candidate will ideally be part or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Prior experience in a business partnering or highly analytical role is highly desirable combined with good Excel skills. You will have excellent communication and will be confident dealing with high level stakeholders, presenting financial information and influencing decisions
