ROOS Recruitment are actively seeking a Planning Manager for a company based in Dereham. This is a temporary position for about 6 months, possibly longer. Key objectives of the role are: 1. To provide outstanding Customer Service 2. To facilitate a prompt and efficient repairs and maintenance service to our Customers 3. Understand, embrace and apply the company culture of continuous improvement Main responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the performance of planners 2. Carry out 121?s as and when required with Planners 3. Understand and use measures effectively to help improve services and what matters to our customer. 4. Manage Absent Management Process from HR perspective with planners 5. Participate in the recruitment process 6. Monitor, understand and authorise day to day tasks that may be needed 7. Emergency Out of Hours Duty Co-ordinator Rota in the absence of the External Contracts Senior Planner Ideal candidate will have had experience in managing a team, dealing with customers/the public either face to face or by phone.
