Gas Compliance Manager - Domestic and Commercial Heating Norwich Salary: Negotiable An exciting opportunity for qualified Gas Compliance Manager to join East Anglia's, leading boiler and heating experts who delivers both reactive and planned solutions to their customers. The Compliance Manager will be primarily based at our Clients Head Office, however travel to various locations in and around East Anglia may be required. As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for the delivery of Services (Gas, Oil, Solid Fuel, Renewables, Electrical, Hybrids) are achieved whilst acting as the regulatory interface between the Company and the various industry statutory regulatory bodies for example Gas Safe and the HSE. This is a permanent position reporting to the Director of Operations and Business Support. In addition, you will be required to: - Develop and maintain current Gas quality management systems, processes and measurements in line with legislation and operational requirements. Provide technical support to the broader operational teams, principally in the areas of regulatory and best practice compliance. Maintain regulatory compliance audits to include undertaking work in progress and post inspections on other fuels and energy sources, to include but not limited to: Oil, Solid Fuel, Renewable technologies, Hybrids and electrical. Ensure compliance of all operatives in line with competency and training requirements and Highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by legislation and/or approved codes of practice. As the ideal candidate you will: - Be Gas Safe registered and holding both domestic and commercial Gas qualifications (Oil / Solid fuel / renewables /electrical experience desirable). Have a demonstrable knowledge of MCS and RHI. Be a Proactive member of member of IGEM. Be Fully conversant with Technical Standards and working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, safety and statutory regulations. Have the ability to translate legislation, guidance and standards into practical and succinct policies and procedure to ensure that operations continue to maintain legal compliance. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
