About the company and role: My client is a well-known, RIBA Chartered firm based in Norwich who now require an Architect to join their team, after a busy few months of work. They are known for their design excellence across a number of sectors including Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Civic projects. The ideal candidate will already have 5+ years industry experience, whether this is post Part 2 or whilst working as an Architect. Revit is used heavily within the firm so experience in the software would be essential. Whilst working as an Architect you will: Take charge of projects and succeed working independently. Be in charge of overseeing and running various projects. Be design focused and have strong technical skills. Communicate and liaise with all members of your design team. Attending site meetings. Delegate workloads. Skill requirements to be an Architect: Be eligible to work in the UK and not require sponsorship. Be Part 3 RIBA qualified. Have project running and on-site experience. Experience of working as a Project Architect within a UK practice and strong knowledge of the UK Building Regulations. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
