Commercial Accountant, Norwich

We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable organisation based on the outskirts of Norwich by supporting their search for a new Commercial Accountant. The role will support the wider finance team and key stakeholders within the organisation, key duties will include: * Supporting stakeholders in the preparation of budgets and information to present to clients * Reconciliation work on completion for comparison with the original budget * Margin and profitability analysis * Preparation of month-end WIP calculations * Preparation of month-end accrued & sales in advance with bespoke analysis * Variance analysis with reasoning and relevant narrative * Prepare additional monthly accruals * Reviewing intercompany transactions and eliminating from monthly figures * Review of month-end journals before posting * Review and assist in preparation weekly/monthly sales forecasting The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with experience in a finance role.
