Outsourcing Senior - Norwich

Our client is a Regional firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich who offer specialist advice across our core business areas of accounting, audit and tax, outsourcing and financial services. Due to continued growth, our client are looking to recruit an Outsourcing Senior within their Norwich office. This is a permanent full time role, joining an expanding friendly team, reporting to our Outsourcing Partner. The successful candidate will be: Responsible for a portfolio of clients Preparation of management accounts with complex reporting requirements and strict deadlines This role will also see you take responsibility for the day to day supervision/management of a team of up to 4 people, including managing workload, staff development and training as well as reviewing processes for efficiency. This will also involve the review of work prepared by the team to ensure technically correct and accurate for presentation to portfolio manager. Using a variety of accounting software packages (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) Work performed at there offices in Norwich or at client premises, for a range of SME clients, including both local and international clients The successful individual must currently be working in UK based accountancy practice Should you be based in Norwich or live in the local Norfolk area and have a background within Accountancy Practice and Outsourcing then please apply below!
