Production Team Leader, Kimberley

We are recruiting for a production team leader! Our client is a food manufacturer who make some of the best and most popular products in the UK! The role is working across 2 units in this excellent site based in Nottinghamshire. As production team leader / production supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the production manager with making sure the plant continues to run properly and products are being made in the right way. Other responsibilities include: * Managing the team across multiple lines. * Adhering to health and safety rules and being a champion for H+S standards across the site. * Working closely with quality and technical in order to meet all standards. * Driving a continuous improvement culture across the site and through the team. If you have the skills and experience to do this job, we want to hear from you. the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience of working in the food manufacturing industry and be driven to succeed.
