Staff and Senior Staff Nurses - RMN - Arnold - Full Time - Permanent - Up to £35,000 per annum + benefits A private, acute adult mental health service in Arnold is seeking Staff Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. The hospital: Delivered in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust, this private hospital successfully provides mental health services for women and men in their purpose-built facility, and are now preparing to open their brand new PICU service. About you: You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an up to date and valid NMC PIN. You will have a flexible approach, and be determined and passionate about your role. The role: -Providing a high standard of care to patients. -Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement. -Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care with the individual, and monitoring patient progress. -Evaluating and responding to changes in patient conditions and needs. Senior responsibilities: -Leading shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other team members. -Supervising a defined group of team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process.
