M&E Manager, Nottingham

M&E Manager Nottingham £50,000 + Package M&E Manager required working for a well-established Contractor to manage all building services installation on a major project in the East Midlands. This role will suit a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years' experience already working with a main contractor as a BSM or M&E Coordinator. Or working for a Top Tier M&E contractor and able to project manage M&E installations. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience project managing MEP services as well as a full understanding of Sprinklers and Utilities packages from design to commissioning and handover Responsibilities Managing the MEP installation Working close with the design team and taking a lead on the MEP design coordination Review sub-contractors program and manage the Sub-contractor Project reporting and progress reports Manage the commissioning and handover of the services Arranging timely delivery of utilities Attend client and site meetings This is an exciting position and the successful candidate will play a major role within the M&E Building Services division for this main contractor.
