Speech and Language SEN Teacher, Nottingham Your new School Hays are working with a school based in Nottingham who are searching for a Speech and Language Teacher to support their KS3 pupils who have additional needs. Your new role You will be supporting the children in class with getting used to the mainstream curriculum as well spending time out on a 1:1 basis to help and support with communication skills (Speech and Language) - ideally they would like you to implement strategies to help with support the child and to follow instructions from the class Teacher. The pupils are all working well below level so if you have knowledge of the Equals curriculum this would be ideal. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP - October half term in the first instance with possibility for extension.
