Adult Safeguarding - Nottingham Qualified Social Worker 3 month Ongoing £27+ per hour The City Safeguarding team work with adults and older people who are at risk and are experiencing adult abuse. The team work within the Care Act to ensure that appropriate support and interventions are in place. Making Safeguarding Personal is a key element in this role to ensure that the person's outcomes are considered and this is balanced with risk. Multi-agency working is also essential in supporting the vulnerable person in protection planning and minimising risk. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities: Mental capacity assessments Care Act compliant assessments Impact assessments 24/7 provision/outcomes grids Court of Protection applications Safeguarding processes.
