If yes, then PE Global have a vacancy for Community Mental Health Nurse to work in Long Term Treatment and Residential Team- Adhoc Also coming along The Long Term Treatment and Residential and Supported Living Team is split into two components. The team accepts referrals for patients currently receiving Depot or Clozapine treatment from Care Coordinators and Lead Care Professionals from the central locality adult community services. The remit is to take on high volumes of patient treatments which can only be robustly maintained within a low risk/need service user demographic and are managed by Lead Care Professionals. We also work with Service Users who are living with in Residential Care or in Supported Living Environments who are on various different medication regimes. These Service Users are on CPA and are managed by Care Co-ordinators. As a band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse within the Long Term Treatment Team you will be working as part of a small, friendly and dedicated team working with Service Users who live within the Community. Your role will be to administer Depot medications, monitor Service Users who are on Clozapine Medication as well as be involved in arranging medical and physical health reviews for these Service Users. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who can work autonomously. Community experience desirable but is not essential. Benefits: ?
