Senior Recruitment Consultant Salary: Dependent on experience up to £30K + Commission 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) You will be part of an already established social care recruitment business now wanting to expand their temporary division, expanding across the East Midlands. You will be responsible for growing a new desk, attracting new business, and forming client relationships in line with clearly defined KPIs. Duties and responsibilities * Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from care homes, support centres and hospitals. * Visiting clients to build relationships and develop a good understanding of their requirements. * Meeting targets relating to the number of booking filled, gross profit and ensure the desk is profitable. * Negotiating pay and charge rates. * Develop and maintain a client database. * Develop and maintain a candidate database to match the right candidate to the client?s requirement. * Attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by optimising use of social media and networking. * Screening and clearing candidates, interviewing them and carrying out all necessary background checks before matching them to client requirements. * Screening and reviewing applications, managing interviews and any required tests, creating a shortlist of candidates for the client. * Managing the desk day to day, account managing and filling shifts. * Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression. * Preparing profiles and correspondence to forward to potential clients in respect of suitable applicants. * Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. The Ideal Candidate * Proven track record of success in terms of sales and meeting/exceeding targets. * Minimum of 3 years? experience in recruitment ? Ideally within the care sector. * Experience in using Microsoft Office and is a competent IT user. * Will have a first-class work ethic, flexible in approach in order to achieve objectives. * Experience of 360-degree recruitment in order to resource and generate sales. * Will have their own car and a full, clean, UK driving licence.
