Lead C# Developer, Nottingham

Role; Lead C# Developer Location; Nottingham City Centre or up to fully remote You?re at the top of your game when it comes to development. You know C# like the back of your hand, there?s no part of the stack you?ve not touched, and you have a powerful mastery over all the cool new tech on the block! As you?ve moved up the seniority ladder, you?ve been helping people more junior to you along the way, and have gotten really good at it- knowing what motivates people, hope to break down complex ideas into manageable chunks for people to understand and learn, and how to maintain a happy team that delivers quickly and efficiently. You?ve been doing a lot of this leadership without being asked, unofficially, and want to take it and apply it to a team of devs that will embrace it, where you can take your skills to the next level and be recognized for it? Look no further. You?ll be leading a medium-sized Agile team of C# engineers with a mix of levels who love what they do and are great at it. You?ll be a guiding hand to make sure they are all set up for success, by making sure they are on task, know what to do, how to do it and when it needs to be delivered. You will be getting your hands dirty, too, with great tech including containers, AWS, .Net Core, microservices, serverless, etc. They recognize that not everyone does their best work in an office setting, so you can work from home as much as you want; whatever fits your lifestyle! If you do go into the office, you?ll have a lovely space to be in that?s usually got at least one or two cakes lying about, and might have a few dogs running around, too!
