Duel Registered Manager - Young People, Nottingham

We are looking for a Duel Registered Manager to manage 2 Therapeutic Residential Services for young people with Challenging Behaviour. Registered Manager responsibilities include: ·The daily running of the homes ·Staff management ·Budgets ·Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times ·Compliance with all current legislation relating The successful candidate must have: ·2 Years management experience within young people?s services ·An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted ·Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5 ·Excellent working knowledge of children?s homes national minimum standards and the Children?s Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
