Retail Sales Assistant (6mth FTC), Nottingham

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, the friendly face that offers incredible product insight, product knowledge and trust. We help customers experience in‑store personal shopping, car seat consultations, parent‑to‑be events, and guide them through their parenting journey.

This role is based at Mamas & Papas Nottingham store on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide friendly, personalised customer service during the store opening hours.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge.
• Help customers with product fitting and delivery arrangements.
• Work eight hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 11:00‑15:00).
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating magical moments for customers.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
