What you will do:

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services within the Adults Community Team
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for adults
• Support individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties to maximise independence
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the therapy process

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Experience working with adult community caseloads
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across community settings
• Commitment to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care
