Senior Recruitment Consultant, Hinckley

We have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant, based at our Hinckley branch. This role will suit someone from a sales background who is able to manage an existing pipeline, with a keen focus on sales. Salary : 22k to 27k depending on experience. Duties will include but not limited to; * Managing an existing pipeline, with new business being key to the role * A strong approach to sales, with a willingness to succeed * Setting, monitoring and producing sales targets * Territory Mapping * Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual client support and liaison * Liaise and attend meetings with clients necessary to perform duties and aid business and branch development Skills Required; * Excellent organisation skills * Attention to detail * The ability to lead by example * Passion and desire to succeed * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills People Solutions are a dynamic and forward thinking company.
