Clinical Lead Nursing Home Nurse - RGN - Registered General Nurse Location: Leicester; Hinckley Hours: 40 hours - Days- Paid Breaks Salary: £40,000 My client in the Hinckley area, is currently seeking a full time RGN nurse (Registered General Nurse) to fill their vacancy. This is a medium sized nursing home, specialising within care of the elderly, frail and dementia care. The home have a brand new registered manager in place, and are going through a period of change, to improve the home as a whole. The new manager is looking for a strong Clinical Lead, with a great working attitude and a friendly personality to help strengthen the team. This is a fast paced working environment, and requires an RGN to have prior nursing home experience. We are looking for Clinical Lead who have previously clinical lead experience or are previous RGN's with excellent experience looking to step up as well as strong general skills. The nursing home we are recruiting for is looking for a very healthy mix of skills from peg feeding, catheterisation, resuscitation to risk assessments and handling dementia residents.
