Onsite Account Consultant, Nuneaton

Gi Group are recruiting for an onsite account coordinator to join our busy team at one of our leading logistics clients based in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton This will be a permanent role for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Applicants must be willing and able to work in a busy warehouse environment and to work to deadlines. Own transport is a necessity Main Responsibilities of the Role * Develop and maintain strong relationships with all site stakeholders. * Direction and control of permanent and temporary headcount within your site. * Ensure appropriate management of temporary labour including absence management and terminations where necessary. * Fully understand the culture of the client. * Maintain a high level of customer service , measured through regular customer service reviews. * Ensure full conformance to requirement by implementing effective and timely attraction, recruitment and training procedures. * Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner to the clients satisfaction * Ensure that all aspects of the Operations Manual, Service Level Agreement and KPIs are met and exceeded * Assist Account Manager in the collation of MI for quarterly and annual service evaluations * Ensure the Operations Manuals at each site are up to date with any changes or amendments. * Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness or attendance issues are adhered to * Ensure adequate supplied of PPE and consumables at site. * Regularly 'walk the floor'. * Represent Gi Group at all client meetings. * To complete Payroll within deadlines and be able to process any discrepancies.
