Brand New Team*** ***New Staff Team required to start September 2020 - 24 hour per week contracts*** Role: Support & Enablement Worker Pay Rate: £9.72ph Location: Warwickshire Female only service Voyage Care are currently recruiting a brand new team of support & enablement workers for our supported living specialist behavior support service in Warwickshire. We are seeking experienced individuals to cover day shifts on a rota basis. Within a specialist behaviour support service you are supporting extremely vulnerable and complex individuals with a variety of different needs. It is crucial that you have experience and an understanding of autism, learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour. We're looking for people with a great heart and passion to succeed to come and work as a Support and Enablement Worker within a new team. The role will involve supporting an individual in their own property and enabling them to live a more independent lifestyle. We deliver intense support during difficult times, so it's essential that you have experience in supporting people with anxieties and communication difficulties who may present with challenges to the service.
