Job Description: Healthcare Assistant – Sterile Services Lead, Fulwood Hall Hospital, 37.5 hours per week.

The role: We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team as Sterile Services Lead. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual. Our theatres are busy, and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. What you’ll bring with you:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
• Sterile Service experience
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Be a highly motivated individual
• Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
• Great communication skills
• Flexible approach to duties and hours
