Are you ready to kickstart your career in business support? As aBusiness Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting our Youth Workers and the Youth Service. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a difference in the lives of young people.

In this exciting role, you will:
  • Collect and managefunds from various Young People's Centres, ensuring accurate banking and account administration.
  • Compile and updateessential systems and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and processtransactions from Purchase Cards, including VAT processes.
  • Ensure correct codingof purchases to aid in budget forecasting.
  • Collect and processdata from youth sessions to support our services.
  • Provide general business supportto youth workers, helping them focus on what they do best.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • A good standard ofICT literacyto manage spreadsheets and databases.
  • Basic knowledge offinance regulationsand accounting processes.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
