Responsibilities

• Lead the academy’s statutory SEND commitment.
• Secure and manage SEND funding and associated practices.
• Assess and plan academy SEND provision to meet the needs of all students.
• Provide training and development for all staff in SEND.
• Allocate teaching role with subject specialisms welcomed.
• Create a culture of excellence among students.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in SEND leadership.
• Strong knowledge of statutory SEND frameworks.
• Ability to secure and manage SEND funding.
• Leadership and training skills.
